The Story Behind Limestone Group
Updated: Oct 28
Sometimes the best partnerships are the ones you never saw coming.
Our story began four years ago when our paths crossed whilst working with a mutual client. At the time, neither of us imagined that a chance conversation would eventually lead to us building a business together.

Sues was advising corporates, founders and high-profile individuals, drawing on her experience in psychology, business and communications. Corinne was working as a Marketing Consultant, helping businesses connect with people through storytelling and creative thinking.
Fast forward four years, and we're co-founders and Directors of Limestone Group.
While our careers began on opposite sides of the world (New York for Sues and Oxford for Corinne), we've followed surprisingly similar paths. We've both built careers around understanding people, how they think, what drives them and how businesses respond to change.
Between us, we bring more than four decades of experience across marketing and communications, public relations, business advisory, reputation strategy and organisational change.
Limestone Group grew from a shared belief that understanding people is fundamental to good business.
Our name reflects that thinking. Much like limestone transforms under pressure and over time, we believe people and organisations have the capacity to adapt and become something remarkable.
Today, we bring together our practical business experience with research and insights from psychology and behavioural science.
Our work is varied. We advise organisations on reputation, crisis management and change, support businesses navigating ethical AI adoption, and deliver leadership development, professional development programs and executive coaching.
What connects it all is our belief that people are at the heart of lasting change.
We're proud of the partnership we've built, the values behind Limestone Group and the work we're doing together. And we can't wait to share what comes next.
